Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Tips and Tricks

Come learn new tips and tricks that will help you create Word files and export them to Adobe Acrobat.  Focus is on using Styles to properly format documents and make global changes at the click of a button.  Also, learn how to use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) within your Adobe Acrobat files so they become searchable and accessible to people using assistive technologies.  Emphasis is on creating documents that provide greater functionality to all users.  This two-hour workshop includes lots of hands-on participation and addresses issues of document accessibility.
